Baked Oatmeal
6 Cups Rolled Oats
1 Cup Brown Sugar
4 tsp. Cinnamon
4 tsp. Baking Powder
2 tsp. Salt
2 Cup Milk
4 Eggs
1/2 Cup Melted Butter
1/2 Cup Applesauce
4 tsp. Vanilla Extract
1 1/2 Cup Dried Cranberries
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a 9X13 inch pan.
2. In a large bowl, mix together all the dry ingredients. Mix in all the wet ingredients. Stir in the cranberries.
3. Spread into pan.
4. Bake for 40 minutes.
